The Jiao is usually held regularly, but the time limit varies depending on each place. For example, the Cheung Chau Jiao is held in the fourth month of the lunar calendar every year, while the Sheung Shui Jiao is held every 60 years. Most of the Jiaos in Hong Kong are named Tai Ping Jiao, and only some Jiaos in Sai Kung and Tai Po are called On Lung Jiao.

The Cheung Chau Tai Ping Ching Chiu Festival (double surname), dedicated to Pak Tai , was most recently held from 22 to 24 May 2007
On May 10, 1978, two buns collapsed during the bun grabbing event, causing 28 people to be injured. The event was temporarily suspended.
The Tai Ping Qing Jiao at the Fo Tang Mun Tin Hau Temple (the main temple) in Bu Dai O Village, Sai Kung, is dedicated to Tin Hau . The most recent one was held from May 5 to 9, 2007.
Sai Kung Kau Sai Chau Tai Ping Ching Jiao (double surname), dedicated to Hung Shing , usually held on the eve of Hung Shing's birthday (February 13 of the lunar calendar), most recent date: unknown
The Tai Ping Ching Jiao (double surname) at Lung Yam Temple in Tai O, Lantau Island , is held in the third month of the lunar calendar every year. The most recent one was held from May 3 to 6, 2007. It is held every ten years (the last one was in 2006).

Sai Kung Lien Chuen Wan Tai Ping Ching Jiao (double surname), mainly dedicated to Tin Hau , is jointly organized by residents of Tung Nga , Pak Nga , Pak La, Sha Kiu and other villages as well as residents living on the water. It is usually held on the eve of Tin Hau's birthday (March 23 of the lunar calendar). The most recent one was held in April 2006. Each time there is a unique Tin Hau sea parade ceremony.

Sai Kung Wang Chau Tai Ping Ching Jiao Festival (double surname), most recent date: unknown
The Po Toi Island Tai Ping Qing Jiao Festival was held from January 15 to 18, 2006. It is said to be held every four years.
The Tai Ping Ching Jiao Festival in Tung Chung , Lantau Island , is dedicated to the Hau King . It is held around the eleventh month of the lunar calendar and lasts for three days and two nights. The last festival was held around the 1920s and has now been discontinued.
According to an interview with Luo Jinhui, chairman of the Tung Chung Township Research Committee, in the "Hong Kong Outlying Islands Scenery", in the late Qing Dynasty, residents of 14 villages in the Tung Chung area held a festival in the square opposite Shimenjia Village.
The Tai Ping Ching Jiao Festival in Shek Pik , Lantau Island , was last held in the 1920s and is no longer held.
The Tai Ping Qing Jiao Festival in Sha Lo Wan Village , Lantau Island , was last held in the 1920s and is no longer held.

The Anlong Qingjiao Festival (double surname) in Gaoliuwan , Sai Kung, the latest one will be held in April 2008
Every eight years
The last Jiao Festival at Yuen Kong Village in Pat Heung, Yuen Long was held in November 2002
The Tai Ping Qing Jiao Festival in the six villages of Wang Chau in Ping Shan Township , Yuen Long (single surname villages and double surname communities) was held from December 27 to 31, 2004. It is also said to be held every seven years.
Every nine years
The Tai Ping Qing Jiao in Lam Tsuen Township, Tai Po (single surname village, double surname community), mainly worships the Queen of Heaven . The last one was held between November 24 and 29, 1999, and the latest one will be held between November 20 and 25, 2008. The Jiao is nominally held every ten years.
The Sha Tau Kok Spring Festival Tai Ping Qing Jiao Festival was held from November 3 to 5, 2001. It was jointly organized by the seven villages of Lai Chi Wo , Suo Luo Pen , Sam Thanh , Mei Tsz Lin , Ha Tang , Siu Tan and Ngau Chi Wu . The festival is nominally held every ten years.
